Overview

- Analyze and demonstrate the influence of government legislation on Human Resources
- Examine and analyze the concepts and techniques involved in human resource requirements through planning
- Manage the employment relationship, which is a shared responsibility between employers, management, human resources specialists, and employees
- Investigate how HRM is responding to current business trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Identify the human resources needs of an organization or department
- Identify social issues relating to human resource management such as systemic discrimination and develop approaches to resolving these problems in the workplace through various methods learned in class
- Conduct a job analysis and produce a job description from the job analysis
