ABA principles and procedures are applicable across a wide range of human services, especially in the assistance and treatment of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
This Behavioural Interventions certificate at MacEwan University - School of Continuing Education is of benefit to individuals working in psychology, education, social work and health. - Applicants must have completed or be actively enrolled in MacEwan’s PSYC 385 Introduction to Applied Behaviour Analysis or equivalent.
- Course requirements for the BICA certificate also include MacEwan’s PSYC 281 Principles of Behaviour or equivalent; however, transfer students who do not have this course or equivalent will be permitted to complete it later in the program.
