- The target audience is employees from food companies exporting to the USA, for example, from quality management or regulatory affairs. Other professionals are also welcome, for example attorneys needing an introduction to US food law.
- No prior knowledge of US food law is required.
- The course is given in English; therefore, a good command of the English language is a prerequisite.
