What you will learn
The learning outcomes of the Value Management for Infrastructure Projects course offered by Singapore University of Social Sciences are:
A. Knowledge and Understanding (Theory Component)- Understand and describe what constitute project values
- Appreciate and explain what Value Management is and how it can do to achieve real project values
- Understand and describe the process of a Value Management study workshop
- By the end of this course, participants should be able to:
- Describe and demonstrate the aspects of the value of the project each is handling
- Apply Value Management concept to enhance the objectives/goals of their projects and to achieve good project outcomes.
- Illustrate to their management the involvement of the stakeholders in carrying out a VM study workshop for their projects

- Attendees should have a basic understanding of construction project delivery and have some experience in managing a project.
