Overview
What you will study
- In the Digital Transformation in Banking and Financial Institutions course offered by National University of Singapore, there will be a large focus on Fintech, API banking and platform banking that affect the financial transactions of corporate & SME customers.
- The Banking industry is going through a massive disruption with the Fintech, platform & API banking evolution and changing customer behaviour. Embracing digital solutions to offer digital banking to customers as well as digitizing complex and manual internal processes is no longer an option for banks.
- For a bank, digital transformation is not only adopting new digital tools, but it will also mean revising the customer journey, digital experience, operating model, creating new digital culture, and creating a partner ecosystem that will redefine the banking services delivered to customers.
