The Leading and Motivating Difficult Employees course offered by National University of Singapore aims to help you:
- Understand what makes individuals challenging to work with
- Develop an awareness of the individual’s role in the workplace, management styles and reward systems

- How to navigate challenging relationships in the future workplace?
