Covid is a natural experiment which forced a lot of people to go online for shopping purposes. Some of these people probably would not have tried online shopping otherwise. In the Impact of Syrian Immigration on House Prices in Istanbul study offered by American University of Sharjah (AUS), we empirically test such a hypothesis and arrive at some interesting and arguably unexpected results.
