- Undergraduate students majoring in a STEM field who are enrolled at a partner university with which Tokyo Tech has a tuition waiver agreement.
- Students must have completed at least their first year of university at the time of participation
- Participants must have student status at their home university during their period of study at Tokyo Tech.
