What you will study
In The Future of Zero-Carbon - from Buildings to Products and Logistics course offered by Singapore University of Technology and Design , global case studies will be analysed, and discussions will be held to contextualise them to Singapore standards.
Learning Objectives:
- Introduce participants to key concepts and challenges for Net-Zero Carbon
- To familiarise participants with sustainability reporting requirements
- Understand how Zero Carbon buildings are achieved via interventions across Scope 1, 2 and 3
- Push participants to start engaging in Zero Carbon initiatives

The program focuses on:- Overview of Net-Zero and challenges to achieve Net-Zero
- Sustainability reporting
- Case-study of methods other organisations are using to achieve Net-Zero
- Disciplines of energy utilisation, material selection, product design and manufacturing
- Sustainable supply chains and transport for healthcare
- Decarbonising healthcare’s supply chain
- Reducing transport emissions
- Guidance on developing a sustainable transport plan and a low-emissions procurement policy
