University of Strathclyde's The Morning Choir well-established class offers a rare opportunity to participate in a daytime choir in Glasgow, and a warm welcome awaits all who would like to revisit the experience of singing in a group. (If you have not sung in a group before, it is recommended that you firstly participate in Health and Wellbeing through Song.)
Programme Structure
- Practical guidance will be given on preparing the voice for singing, and in gaining a basic understanding of music notation to assist in singing from words/music sheets. This is a unique opportunity to revise the 'tools of the trade' of choral singing and, in the process, have lots of fun!
