Overview
Key facts
Just look over the border at the quality that English winemakers are now achieving. Examine wines produced out-with mainstream wine producing countries. A selection of six wines will be sampled each evening from countries that are sometimes tucked away on our supermarket shelves at University of Strathclyde's Out of the Vin Ordinaire.
Programme Structure
- We will also consider the origin and history of winemaking in these countries and the effect that climate has on wine production in each country. Wines selected will be a mixture of indigenous and international grape varieties.
