Overview
What you will study
Most of the time we can hear each other just fine. It’s listening that creates the problems. Or rather, not listening. Miscommunication, misunderstanding, missed opportunity and even potential conflict can all be avoided if we simply learn to listen actively and effectively. And the easiest way to do that is by signing up for this Active and Effective Listening workshop offered by Concordia University Montréal with Nancy Lahaie. In it, you’ll learn by exploring active listening skills to fully understand what’s being said to you so you can respond appropriately and enjoy better, more effective communication in your personal and professional life.
