What you will learn
On successful completion of the Mass Fatality Incidents course offered by Cranfield University you will be able to:

- Recognise the different roles of individuals on the site of the incident, how they are controlled and what techniques each uses
- Recognise the need for sensitive handling of the relatives of victims, evaluate the stages of the grieving process and judge the correct ways of handling their needs
- Assess the suitability and effectiveness of different management protocols and devise improvements
- Accurately complete and reconcile Interpol standardized Ante-Mortem and Post-Mortem forms.
