The module is delivered in an intensive four-day block spread over one long weekend. The programme will equip you to move into more senior management positions, either in your own organisation or moving elsewhere.The Service Operations Management module is about improving organisations to make them better for customers and service providers. The module will develop students’ understanding of the concepts, tools and techniques relating to process design and delivery, including the analysis of process design from the customer’s perspective.
