Content description
The Christian Heritage - Miracles Matter course from University of Antwerp explores central aspects of Christian heritage.
Through lectures but also a ‘hands-on' approach to written and printed sources, objects, images, and site visits, students will acquire insight not only into the complexity of the history of Christian beliefs and practices, but also challenges and questions related to its conservation and management.

General requirements
This summer school is intended for Master and PhD students with an interest in history, art history, religious history and Jesuit studies.Prerequisites:
- Participants should have a general notion of the basic concepts of the history of Christianity in Europe.
- Students are required to have completed studies on a BA level and are preferably enrolled in a Master’s program, preparing a PhD dissertation, or working on a postdoctoral project.
